**The Role**

A position has become available for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Construction Team. The student’s journey at City College Plymouth is at the core of what we do. As a department we continue to adapt to an ever evolving construction industry.

The lecturer will be responsible for delivering a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, you will monitor learner progress and also provide effective feedback throughout the academic year.

**What Will You Bring to the Role**
- **Adapting**: Adapting to new, continuously changing processes, policies and working practices produced by the awarding bodies. To be able to comfortably switch between a variety of tasks.
- **Interacting**: Maintaining regular contact with others in a team and liaising cross-departmentally. Networking and proactively, connecting with others that can and will help better the learner’s journey.
- **Organising**: Scheduling and organising work for them self and/or their teams. Dealing with multiple issues at once, with a structured approach. Documenting, recording and maintaining information
