We are seeking a driven, talented, energetic and creative individual for the role of Director of Development. This is a one-year, maternity cover post.

You will lead and deliver major gift campaigns including the biennial Gala to ensure the sustainability and success of LAMDA as the world's leading centre for drama training.

You will be confident and proactive, verbal and written communicator and a skilled networker with a very strong track record of relationship building.

Additionally, you will have proven experience of working in a senior fundraising role in the arts, higher education or charity sector.
