Job Description:

The role of Graduate Recruiter (French Speaking) involves sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top graduate talents for a variety of clients. This position demands excellent communication skills in English and French, along with the ability to foster strong connections with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top-tier graduate talents through different platforms like job boards, social media, and university collaborations.
  • Execute interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' aptitudes, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and sustain solid relationships with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding and job acceptance.
  • Work together with the recruitment team to devise and execute efficient sourcing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment.
  • Participate and represent the company at university career fairs and other recruitment gatherings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and activities to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in French and English, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong drive for success.
