Our client based in Swindon is recruiting a Business Development Exec to join their team. Working for an established Construction business, supporting them with growth through, telesales and relationship building. Working a 35hrs week Monday - Friday.

Due to location transport is a must.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls following up potential tenders throughout the M4 corridor and Wales.
  • Setting up and working to a pipeline of sales activity
  • Researching to identify new leads (including social media)
  • Consult internally ensuring all new works are quoted for and followed up
  • Updating and maintaining the company's CRM system.
  • A proven track record in B2B selling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • A good working knowledge social media channels
  • Experience from within the construction Industry is desirable

In return:

  • Salary up to £26k + bonus
  • Hours 9am 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch) 35hrs week.
