We had a record couple of years in our Rental Department in Perth and now have an opportunity for a Rental Assistant to help provide our customers with great service.


In this role you'll mainly be dealing with enquiries, processing rentals and handing over vehicles from our fleet of cars, vans and motorhomes.


Particularly with motorhomes you will be showing our customers how to work the vehicle while on holiday and troubleshoot with them remotely if they encounter any issues.

We are looking for an individual who has good communication skills with the ability to work well on their own as well as part of a team.


Rental Assistant Duties:

  • Place/amend bookings in Prohire software package
  • Assist with cleaning and preparation (internal/external) of Motorhomes and Cars/Vans if required
  • Motorhome, Car and Van handovers
  • General housekeeping.
  • General office duties (filing, scanning etc).
  • Ideally with experience providing great service in a customer facing role such as the hospitality industry.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Pride in your work with a 'right first time' attitude.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • Living within 20 miles of Perth.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday/Tuesday/Friday
  • Saturday or 15.00 at busiest times of year)
  • Sunday
  • Days off Wednesday/Thursday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£10.80-£11.50 per hour
