Our recruitment department is looking for a professional OFFICE ADMINSTRATOR, to our client's team located in Watford, operating in health and social care sector, providing a professional service to approximately 30 residents inside premises.
Your Role, duties, and requirements:
You will need to follow the standard guidance and operating procedures in a high quality and professional manner.
Office administrator must shown some flexibility performing a variety of tasks and excellent communications skills as the role does involve dealing with different staff, residents and visitors into premises.
The job involves being available during weekdays and occasionally some extra weekend's working hours.As part of daily tasks and requirements, office administrator will be responsible for:
General office duties
Providing monthly newsletter for residents and visitors
Plan events for residents, participate and providing activities weekly
Carrying out weekly stock and audit checks
Ideally with previous experience in health and social care sector
Excellent written and spoken English;
Enhanced DBS clearance.
Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check and reference checks,
prior to commencing employment.

£11.50-£13.00 per hour
