Overview:
Bio-Rad has an exciting opportunity for a

Service Admin & Dispatch Coordinator to join one of the world leaders within clinical diagnostics & life sciences to ensure the efficient running of our customer service & field engineer teams.

***You would be working closely with Field Service, Sales & Customer Support to ensure a smooth dispatch service & keep customers updated.

Responsibilities

  • Keep, maintain, and implement process controls for the management of service contracts, service billing, quotations, and reporting
  • Maintain records, renewal notices and all service mailings in line with business requirements
  • Invoicing service contract and work orders from ServiceMax
  • Service contract renewal
  • Manage all daily administration tasks
  • Dispatching of the Field Service Engineers
  • Order & shipping of spare parts
  • Scheduling, control & resource management against customer SLAs
  • Preventative maintenance planning
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Planning installations for customers with sales & customer technical support
  • Processing of credit/debit notes and reinvoicing in SAP

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Essentials
At least 3 years' experience in a busy customer facing environment

Good IT skills - MS Office

Strong time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous admin experience

Desirables
Experience booking engineers

SAP or ServiceMax experience (or similar systems)

Service organisation background
