Customer Liaison Officer

You will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking comprehensive consultations with our customers.
  • Providing reliable and empathetic support to our customers.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across our Housing and Development teams, supporting them to progress work programmes efficiently.
  • Providing guidance to our customers on proposed projects.
  • Liasing between various stakeholders and providing conflict resolution where required.
  • Provide statistical information and reports as required.

The skills, knowledge & experience required;

  • Excellent customer care (Ability to communicate sympathetically)
  • Experience of consulting with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of producing reports
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ideally you will have previously worked in social housing

Salary:
Up to £29,781.00 per year
