Salary: Up to £46,000 Plus Overtime at Time and a Half Rate - Day Shift with 39-Hour Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and maintain plant equipment.
  • Identify and resolve equipment faults efficiently and securely.
  • Repair mechanical issues on large machines, document tasks, and upkeep maintenance records.
  • Adhere to company regulations.
  • Guide and support staff in autonomous maintenance practices while ensuring safe execution of minor repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCEQualified with recognized certifications such as BTec, City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

  • Proficient in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Skilled in working with single and 3-phase electrical circuits.
  • Experience in fast-paced production environments.
  • This exciting role will involve performing electrical, mechanical, and fabric repairs/maintenance across the site. A minimum of five years' experience with a proven track record in multi-skilled roles involving reactive and proactive maintenance and organizational capabilities is required.
