Responsibilities

  • Inspect and service plant equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns efficiently.
  • Perform mechanical repairs on plant machinery, maintain service reports, and complete job sheets.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and provide training to operatives for autonomous maintenance tasks.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a background in electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance. Your ability to work independently, diagnose issues accurately, and repair systems effectively is crucial. Proficiency in 12/24V electrical systems, troubleshooting using electrical schematics, and familiarity with PLC controls are essential. Any previous experience with instrumentations and CAN bus systems will be beneficial.
