As a
Quality/Manufacturing Apprentice You will learn how to perform manufacturing operations, and you will develop the practical skills and theory required to become a competent member of our production team here in Queensferry.


What you'll be doing

  • Prepare test samples and test finished products prior to release.
  • Control of nonconforming products.
  • Use QA tools and techniques test methods & data recording.
  • Support complaint analysis
- through testing and involvement with Root Cause Analysis.

  • Support day to day functions in the lab (Calibration/maintenance of equipment).
  • Support main line operations process equipment set up/running.
  • Support main line operations data recording/ labeling.
  • Ensure and maintains good housekeeping standards in areas of operation.
  • Ensures that all systems of work, procedures and work instructions are adhered to and safe working conditions are applied at all times to minimise accidents.
  • Contribute to CI (continuous improvement).
