Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Scantec Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of our food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive performance on key business metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met and the site is always audit-ready.
- Develop the skills of the management team and operational teams to drive business success.
- Manage change within the business to support the delivery of short, medium, and long-term objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective management of site supply planning and provision of raw materials.
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring that all production plans are delivered on time and in full. You will work closely with the site GM to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
