Responsibilities for Account Managers Include:
nCustomer retention, cross-sell, and up-sell into existing customersnWin new business logosnExceed monthly targetsnProfessional telephone mannernAttend customer meetingsnUpdate company CRM (Dynamics 365)nWeekly reporting of activities/monthly sales reports
