The Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional services to residents, businesses, and partners. Working within the Customer Fulfilment Centre, you will focus on providing top-notch customer service related to Council Tax and Housing Benefits. Your responsibilities will involve handling calls, logging requests accurately, and carrying out various administrative tasks for internal and external clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing top-quality customer service with accurate advice
- Addressing customer needs and managing challenging situations effectively
- Utilizing multiple systems for data entry and retrieval
About you:
- Knowledge and experience in Council Tax, Housing Benefits
- Background in support or help desk roles within a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer inquiries
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various computer software for data management
