Commercial Strategy Project Manager

Fully Remote

Salary up to 43k

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team where you will be rolling out and embedding commercial growth programmes in line with our ambitious growth strategy and it will bring functional expertise to ensure that we deliver, whilst keeping an eye on costs and creating an inclusive team working environment.

You'll support the on-time and in-full delivery of the various commercial growth programmes, including managing the on time delivery of new processes, sales colleague toolkits and engagement, sales colleague resource, marketing activities and operational alignment both within commercial and across the business as a whole through a range of defined SME's

You will be accountable for managing these commercial workstreams, working alongside the Director of Commercial Strategy and the Head Of Commercial Strategy who will be accountable for managing the programmes as a whole. The roles must work together to ensure successful delivery.

What you'll be doing:

Ensure that the programme project plan is set up to deliver the business requirements and implement the change successfully Creation, coordination, and management of the project plan to achieve on time delivery Management of project scope and any budget aligned to each programme to ensure delivery in full and to budget Accurate completion of all documentation associated with the project in line with Brakes Project Governance , Business Case, RAID log, and Project reporting Management of resources with and through the SME's ensuring there is enough capacity & capability to deliver the agreed project Definition & management of an effective communications/change plan working with key business stakeholders, providing project awareness, and enhancing adoption of the change Agreeing the correct meeting cadence aligned to the programme (if applicable), scheduling and facilitating project meetings to ensure all activities are on track Identifying, managing, and proposing mitigations to project risks, issues, delays, and shortfalls to keep impact to on time, in full delivery to budget to a minimum Managing major programme go/no go gates to ensure control and business approval Provide frequent and relevant reporting including KPI's on status and performance for each project, including regular updates to key stakeholders so they are aware of the projects status and are clear on support needed to maximise the likelihood of on time delivery, in full and to budget

What we are looking for:

Proven experience of delivering change or growth programmes Ability to put framework and structure around a defined programme Able to take complex tasks & ideas and break down into logical simple activities Experience with stakeholder management and business engagement Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong presentation and communication skills Organised and meticulous Experience of working remotely and across multiple locations Proven ability to work with SMEs to deliver a positive outcome

Good to have

Programme Management Experience Experience of delivery programmes using agile methodologies
