The Ashton Care Home, based in the pleasant market town of Hinckley, is looking to appoint a Clinical Deputy Manager on a permanent basis.

We area a private and luxury care home, offering Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for 72-residents.

Clinical Deputy Manager Contract
- £45,000 per annum

  • Contracted to 40hours per week
  • Working Monday to Friday (One weekend per month)
  • 2 shifts per week working on the floor
  • Pension
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • Uniform provided
  • DBS paid
  • Onsite parking

We believe the Clinical Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience

  • RGN / RMN Qualified
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Working with the elderly would be advantageous.
  • Experienced of leading and managing a team.
  • Able to support staff with further training and support.
  • Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
