This role requires a proactive approach, where you will handle incoming inquiries while proactively reaching out to non-key account customers to explore new business prospects within their organizations. Additionally, you will be tasked with effectively managing an existing customer base.

Building valuable relationships with customers is key. By delivering high-quality service, you will drive increased Revenue and Gross Profit through product and service sales.

The perfect candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and a reliable team player. Self-motivation and independence are crucial, especially in a dynamic competitive setting. You should excel in time management and be able to balance team support with achieving personal Key Performance Indicators.

Key Activities:


- CDC/Inside Sales and Customer Service


- Proactively pursuing New Business Development focusing on Technology and Services


- Understanding core solution offerings and illustrating their benefits to customers


- Addressing business challenges and collaborating with the team to devise valuable solutions


- Collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction


- Establishing and managing a robust business pipeline

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong communication skills, infused with enthusiasm and energy


- Genuine curiosity about customer operations and the ability to ask relevant questions


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


- Skilled in multitasking and performing under pressure


- Willingness to adapt and introduce new technologies to customers


- Familiarity with CRM systems for effective customer relationship management


- Ability to engage consultatively in business relationships


- Strong prioritization skills to manage workload efficiently

Experience and Qualifications:
