The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for providing clerical support to the Supply Chain Department.


Performs a variety of duties of a routine and recurring nature including vouchering, filing, and clerical functions as outlined below.

The Supply Chain Administrator ensures administrative needs are met to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Monitor daily paperwork and report any issues/errors to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Matching and Vouchering all invoices.
  • Distribution of intercompany mail as required.
  • Assist the Warehouse supervisor with Stock Control inventory and order in line with min / max stocks
  • Record material variances, report detail on a monthly basis to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Act as backup for data entry of production, generating reports, and other duties as assigned.
  • Preparation and distribution of Work Orders.
  • Run daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested
  • Ensure that the business department operates efficiently and smoothly by assisting in the daytoday activities, ie: mail processing, input of routine data into computer system, typing labels, envelopes and repetitive standard forms, photocopying and distribution of correspondence, and filing.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the relevant departments.
  • General office duties.
  • Strong analytical aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple functions to meet required deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Windows based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
