Job Title: Business Systems and Integration Support Manager at Reiss
About the Role: As the Business Systems and Integration Support Manager at Reiss, reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of systems and data integration to ensure they meet the business needs effectively.
This is a 4-month fixed-term contract with the requirement of proactive weekend and bank holiday work.
Who You Are:
- Background in Retail industry with experience in multi-channel retail business
- Skilled in managing business data
- Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Business Central and SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience as the main contact for third parties in handling system issues
- Knowledge of third party warehouse systems and collaboration with retail and wholesale partners
- Organized with excellent time management
- Prior team management experience
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and support various business systems to meet operational needs
- Ensure accurate generation and delivery of business reporting and data insights
- Maintain data validity and consistency across internal systems and third parties
- Act as the primary contact for system issues with third parties and internally
- Identify and implement improvements in support processes and systems
- Manage the Business Systems and Integration Support team for efficient support
- Represent Systems support for new business initiatives and ensure requirements are met
- Adhere to IT standards and best practices
- Drive personal development and complete required training
