Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company professionally and manage confidentiality at all times.

Care for all site tools and equipment, both company and personal, reporting any loss or damage to the Manager.

Reset equipment errors caused by product, equipment, or operator issues.
Step into the Engineering Assistant role if required.
Perform cleaning and hygiene tasks as needed.
Work primarily to a planned shift pattern, with flexibility to cover other shifts at short notice if required.
Communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally.
Support equipment and systems in response to customer requirements.
Participate in team project activities and follow escalation procedures.
Attend all relevant training courses as offered by your manager.

Education and Skills:
Engineering qualification (NVQ, B-Tec, C&G, HNC/ONC)
Proficient in PC Skills MS Office and CMMS (Computer Maintenance Systems)

Organisational:
Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance background
Understanding of automation and control systems
Strong customer-facing skills and effective communicator
Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives
