Join Our Team as an Appointments clerk in Wednesbury, working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of up to £23,000

Requirements:

What will you be doing?

• Assist with the daytoday duties of Administration and Operations
• Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
• Report production and report checking
• Issuing reports and certificates to the clients to ensure deadlines are met
• Updating internal and client data bases
• Understand planning KPI's

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a similar position would be beneficial
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• IT literate with experience using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen, motivated and reliable
• Professional phone manner, friendly and approachable personality
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A methodical approach to paperwork and general office procedures
