Our PMO consultants typically get involved in the following activities:

  • Driving governance standards portfoliowide, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project and programme work
  • Ensuring portfolio level dependencies are handled and the dependency log is accurately maintained
  • Supporting project planning, scope management, forecasting, financial management and change management activities across the project portfolio

About You Together with a proven track record of supporting delivery activities on large transformation programmes of work, we'd like you to bring:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A flexible, "cando" attitude and desire to learn
  • Attention to details coupled with ability to segment and aggregate the data and show both, macro and micro views of project status depending on the audience
  • Experience of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and Kimble are desirable but not essential
