Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Insignia, you will play a vital role in establishing and upholding the visual standards of the company. This position entails offering creative direction, defining visual needs, and creating graphic elements that resonate with our exclusive clientele. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand representation across various platforms, such as websites, product packaging, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create mood boards to conceptualize design visions and themes, then prepare rough drafts of marketing materials and visual concepts based on these mood boards and project briefings, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Design and produce marketing materials like brochures, cards, menus, placeholders, digital assets (specifically for social media), promotional items, and product-related items.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop visual strategies aligning with brand guidelines.
- Enhance websites by improving design and interactive features, ensuring navigability, accessibility, and data backup integrity.
- Manage and execute a range of digital projects in collaboration with IT and development teams.
- Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs, guide the design process, and provide high-level direction for all visual and creative outputs.
- Significantly contribute to evolving the company's brand identity to align with luxury market trends and consumer expectations.
- Generate innovative concepts, develop reference materials, and provide creative input for image and video development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all marketing and product design initiatives.
- Maintain and organize digital assets using SharePoint, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and easy accessibility.
- Assist in organizing digital resources to streamline workflow and improve team efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative support for project scheduling and digital resource management to enhance team productivity.
- Handle scheduling and logistics for creative meetings and presentations.
- Address support issues, identify problems, and devise appropriate solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team, ensuring all communication adheres to brand standards.
- Demonstrated project management experience overseeing design projects, coordinating cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of digital platforms and user interaction.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with HTML/CSS3, WordPress, responsive design, video editing, and 3D rendering software is advantageous.
- Showcase a wide range of projects demonstrating high-end design and brand development skills.
