Job Title:
On-Site Customer Service Representative


We're looking for professional, friendly, and well-presented staff for an event running 06/08-13th or 14th/08 in Westminster and Chelsea & Knightsbridge.

You will be a point of contact outside a well known retail venue assisting with client enquiries and coordinating with our team to ensure service is provided.

As the point of contact you will need to be a friendly, professional, and efficient representative for ourselves and our clients.

This job will be outdoors, and will run the following hours:
SUNDAY 06/08
12pm

  • 7pm
MONDAY 07/08-SATURDAY 12/08

12PM-10/10:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for clients
  • Coordinate with operations team to manage & fulfill client requirements
  • Present yourself well and represent the team with professional dress and conduct

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

  • Arabic Language Speaking

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 7 days

Salary:
£15.00 per hour
