Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a new

Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables. You will perform all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. You will build strong friendly relationships with Vendors and verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of compliance issues around accounts payable processes. You will have proven experience in Accounts Payable and will have good attention to detail and data entry skills.

You should be focused on optimising department processes and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationship with vendors
  • Analyse accounts, obtain missing invoices, and address discrepancies
  • Build rapport with assigned Element Lab(s)
  • Invoice entry, coding & keying of invoices
  • Multicurrency payment runs
  • Overall knowledge/partner of Element labs and their vendors for AP related topics
  • Other tasks as requested by Lead or Manager

Skills / Qualifications:

  • D365FO Experience preferable
  • Ability to effectively communicate inside organization (manager, peers, members of Element team) as well as externally (vendors)
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Proficiency with accounting software systems
  • Ability to remain calm when faced with deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to function as part of a team
