You and your team are the face of the campus, you will be creating positive

and memorable interactions for colleagues, clients and campus guests. You will be responsible for

someone who embraces outstanding service. Keeping this at the heart of everything you do. Working between, the lobby (reception duties), the floors (FOH Concierge duties) and events spaces.

individual with a keen eye for detail. Adapting to changing environments and paces. people and

cultures. Successful applicants will have a confident and sociable personality to develop strong

rapport with colleagues and guests and make recommendations based on previous experience and

Key Responsibilities

Implement development plans for your team and monitor progress.

Seek out innovative ways to keep your team motivated and updated on campus and local

activities.

Help to deliver the unexpected to our colleagues, through customer service, events, surprise

and delights.

You're a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home at our campus.

Manage the reception across the three buildings.

Manage all meeting rooms facilities on site.

Build the My Meeting Room (Condeco) System for the Campus.

Welcome visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.

You learn quickly and can adapt to Barclays unique culture by working positively and

collaboratively.

Support the Curated Experience Lead in making decisions regarding the operational and

process to engage for the best colleague experience.

Develop relationships and capture guests & colleague's individual preferences for future visits

and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
***
Diploma or Degree Level in Hospitality or Events

Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (preferably from hospitality/events

environment/FOH)

Management tools

Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
