The team

As the Diversity and Inclusion team we get to work with lots of different ITV departments and we help to support ITV Diversity and Inclusion strategy to diversify our content both on and off screen.

If you are interested in TV and want to learn what Diversity and Inclusion means, this role is for you.

The role

• Helping out at events or training initiatives

- doing research into programmes etc.

• Learning how to arrange meetings and book rooms
• Meet and greet guests.
• General runner duties

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

• Keen to learn
• Enthusiastic about working at ITV
• Willing to take feedback and act on it.
• Interest in television and media industry.

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

• Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training
• Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude
• Good understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoom
• You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues
• You'll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines

Eligibility/Entry Criteria
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications

• You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively
• You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above
• You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment
