Travel Product Manager Base Salary £42,000 (flexible) + Bonus and Benefits Hybrid - London Our client is a rapidly growing travel company specialized in guided tours to worldwide destinations. Due to continuous expansion, they are now hiring an experienced and ambitious Product Manager to join their team in creating innovative new products for their core brands. Travel Product Manager Key responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the product range across different markets, including contracting, operations, logistics, training, and regional development. - Collaborate with the marketing team to produce brochures, web pages, and other marketing materials. - Develop and deliver detailed itineraries and tour information, setting clear customer expectations. - Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers with suppliers, while maintaining service agreements. - Assess sales performance against targets to measure product success. - Ensure competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profit margins. Travel Product Manager Required Experience: - Demonstrated track record in travel product management within the group tour sector. - Commercially savvy, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations to enhance commercial performance. - Coordinate and execute operational functions. - Focus on customer service and quality. - Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Experience in copywriting, proofing, and image selection. - Strong relationship management skills with Destination Management Companies (DMC) and other business partners. - Previous touring experience is essential.
