In this role, you will take accountability and demonstrate leadership in achieving functional, business, and overall company objectives.

Your responsibilities include consolidating and leveraging the Daily Shop Management process, promoting a 'Zero Defect' Culture, and driving Lean and Continuous Improvement practices aligned with our corporate strategy.

You will play a key role in developing processes to meet organizational needs, managing complex issues, contributing to long-term planning, and shaping the business strategy.

Job Description
  • Act as a consultant to quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to enhance processes
  • Lead the Quality organization and technical activities related to Product Quality
  • Provide technical leadership for problem identification and process improvement
  • Manage manufacturing process programs and prioritize improvement projects
  • Oversee evaluation of test equipment and performance testing
  • Collect and report Quality KPIs organization-wide
  • Drive initiatives to meet customer requirements for product quality
  • Maximize employees' contributions to product quality and services
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably Aeronautic/Aerospace)
  • Significant experience in Quality Manufacturing/Product (aeronautical field preferred)
  • Experience as a People Leader
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead projects
  • Fluency in Polish and English
