Working with our Management Account this role involves the preparation of company reports in accordance with company timescales, policies and procedures, whilst ensuring financial controls are complied with. You will also assist with the preparation of divisional management accounts, accounting for accruals, rebates and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Run, analyse and distribute daily and weekly reports in a timely and accurate mannerAssist with the month end process, ensuring deadlines are metAssist with ad hoc tasks including stock and fleet checks and reporting analysisThis role will work closely with the divisional finance team and the Harrogate based shared service finance team and will interact with many stakeholders (across Airpac and the wider Vp plc organisation) including senior management and our global regional teamsUse of our in-house accounting system
What We're Looking For
Educated to degree level in Finance related disciplineEnjoys analysing numbers and other business related dataHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate to advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word) is preferredBe studying towards or keen to begin studying for professional accountancy qualification
