As a sales negotiator you will play a key part in helping buyers to find the right property, working with your vendors to support them in the sales process from marketing through to negotiation, progressing a sale and to the final move in day. Throughout this you will be offering exceptional customer service to your buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants and any other parties.

You will report to our Branch Director.

Additional earning potential, commission earnt on:

  • FS - £40 for every FS referral that results in a mortgage offer. Top referrers over the last few years earnt around £550
  • Block - up to 10% of the first year's management fee
  • TA - employee referrals - £1,000. Top referrer in 2023 earnt £4,000
  • Survey - 10% of the net KFH fee

As a sales negotiator at KFH, you will reap the rewards of an uncapped commission structure up to 30% plus cross referral incentives.
