I am working with a SEN school in Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant with an immediate start.
The school caters for students who have SEMH across KS- KS5, although your role as a Learning Support Assistant will be to workacross Key Stage - Key Stage 4 providing 1:1 and small group support.

Daily Rate £70 - £80 (dependant on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in schools (preferably SEMH)
- Understanding of SEMH
- Good level of English and Maths
- Fresh ideas and a good insight into how to support teachers
- Ready to learn new skills
- Willing to learn teaching strategies and techniques
- Proactive, creative, and innovative
- Flexible, engaging, and adaptable
