Position: Administrative Assistant at Wealth Management Business

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing and esteemed Wealth Management Business on a 12-month FTC basis. The role is hybrid, working from the office 3-days a week. We are specifically looking for candidates located in or near Bristol.

The position is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to kickstart their career or a junior administrator with a passion for financial services. A positive attitude is essential: must be proactive, adaptable to change, and dedicated to providing superb customer service.

The selected candidate will have a crucial role in maintaining and fostering relationships between our company and external agencies. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success collectively.

We seek a forward-thinking individual with great attention to detail, who can work collaboratively and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, handling high workloads efficiently to meet deadlines consistently. Here are the responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for agency partners, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Efficiently manage communication and data requests between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses by monitoring and maintaining the agency inbox.
  • Develop and maintain a clearly documented library of agency teams' processes and procedures.
  • Handle all agency-related matters as the primary contact.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering top-notch customer service with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in office administration.
  • While previous regulatory or financial industry experience is a bonus, it is not mandatory.
  • Minimum education of GCSE Level with at least 5 passes grade 5 or above, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new applications and systems.
