Trainee Voip Installer

We are looking for an Trainee VOIP Telephone Install Engineer, to support our current engineering department, with installing and maintaining Hosted/Cloud based VOIP solutions in schools and businesses around the UK.

As a trainee VOIP Installer Engineer, you will be given training with installation of Hosted/Cloud based VOIP solutions and cabling installation/termination.

Hours:40 hours per week

Salary:
£20,000 per annum

Solihull, West Midlands

The applicant will:

• Work directly for Tel Group, supporting the schools onsite.
• Installing and maintaining Hosted/Cloud based VOIP solutions and CAT5/6 cabling.
• Support our schools and businesses, by network troubleshooting Wireshark/Packet Capture.
• Require resilience and knowledge in continuing to keep to our customers' expectations.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

• To provide maintenance, installation and support of Hosted/Cloud based VOIP solutions
• To provide maintenance, installation, termination and support of CAT5/6 cabling.
