We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Independent Living Officer.You will be responsible for supporting the Team Leaders in ensuring consistent & efficient service delivery to customers who require additional support to sustain tenancies & improve wellbeing.
With experience of working within a similar environment, ideally working with customers on the front line, you will have the ability to engage with customers & colleagues, building up good working relationships, dealing with different types of workloads and making decisions confidently.
You will effectively manage a caseload of customers with a range of additional needs that in some circumstances require intensive assistance to sustain tenancies & improve wellbeing.
In this role, there will be a requirement to support customer facing Independent Living Officers, to effectively assist customers with a range of housing support needs.
Auditing caseloads will form an essential element of this role to guarantee that customers are fully supported by Independent Living Officers.
You will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss the service they have received from Independent Living Officers and use this information to shape future service delivery.
Completing duty rotas to ensure a consistent office presence from Independent Living Officers, with the aim to support customers that present at Cornerstone will be a responsibility of the Senior Independent Living Officer.
