We are looking for a fulltime Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team

Key Responsibilities for a fulltime Food and Beverage Supervisor are:
Supervising the food and beverage service in the restaurant and bar

Ensuring excellent guest experience and satisfaction

Managing the team and ensuring high standards of service

Working closely with the Restaurant & Bar Manager, and reporting to him and Operations Manager

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner

Training and developing the team to maintain high standards

Requirements for a fulltime Food and Beverage Supervisor:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or 2 years as Head Waiter

Right to work in the UK

Excellent attention to detail

Friendly and outgoing personality

Ability to work well in a team

Bar experience required
