Mercury is not just a company; we're a transformative force in the world of SaaS for recruitment and staffing firms. Since our founding in 2014, we've been at the forefront, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation that has allowed us to create a ground breaking SaaS platform, based on the Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform.

With a global presence in strategic locations, including Coleshill, London, Boston, Chicago, and Sydney, we've expanded at an impressive pace, breaking into Australia in 2019 and the US in 2020. We are now a dynamic team of 140 employees, and we're not stopping there – we're on track to double in size over the next 24 months.

Mercury is all about our customers, with over 100 worldwide and 8,000+ users experiencing the transformative power of our solutions. We've seen remarkable growth in headcount, surging by over 125% in the last two years. As a dedicated SaaS innovator, we are here to simplify and enhance the operations of recruitment and staffing firms.

What you'll do

  • As part of an Agile development team, you will be involved in refinement and planning sessions, providing input into the direction of the product both functionally and technically.
  • You will be responsible for full stack software development, iteratively enhancing and improving our web portals and API offerings.
  • You will work collaboratively with Developers, QA Engineer's, and Product Owners to deliver quality software increments.
  • You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are adhered to, and build a great working knowledge of the entire product suite.

Who you are

  • You have over 2 years of commercial experience in a Full Stack role, utilising C# and Angular.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are capable of translating use cases, user stories, and specifications into functional applications.
  • You have experience working in Agile teams and are familiar with lifecycle management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • You have some experience with Unit testing (e.g., MSTest, NUnit), knowledge of source control (ideally Git), and exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • You have experience with cloud technologies, ideally Azure, but this is not essential.

Desirable

  • You have exposure to working with web apps secured with OAUTH 2.
  • You have exposure to working with Dataverse as a data source.
  • You have knowledge or experience with microservices and queuing.
