Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Lay bricks to construct walls, partitions, arches, and other structures
  • Repair and maintain existing brickwork
  • Interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the layout of brickwork
  • Use hand tools such as trowels, hammers, and chisels for precise brick cutting and shaping
  • Operate power tools like saws and drills for largerscale projects
  • Work on various surfaces including roofs when necessary
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople such as welders and carpenters to complete projects

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Bricklayer
  • Proficient in bricklaying techniques
  • Skilled in using a variety of hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Ability to work at heights and on different surfaces including roofs
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in brickwork construction

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
