The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an administrator for our expanding client based in Swanley.

This is an ongoing temporary to permanent role.

The hours of work are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Pay for this position starts at £11 per hour and will be reviewed again once permanent.

Duties will include:

  • Working in a fast paced environment, will need to prioritise and manage your time and be able to multitask.
  • Diary management, assisting with running a team of 5 technicians and scheduling their day to day tasks
  • Taking new queries and dealing with customer queries for existing jobs. Compiling reports on these.
  • Answering and making phone calls.
  • Using computers. (must have Microsoft experience) and will be trained on inhouse systems.

Key skills and experience:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Organised, multi tasker
  • Confident and professional attitude
  • Experience in an office environment (Construction/Industrial industry would be beneficial but not essential)
Due to the location of this role you will need to live locally or have your own transport.
