AWS Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect in the CRM and Salesforce domain, you will be implementing the IT architecture in the CRM/Salesforce domain assigned to project delivery team for day-to-day operations.
Lead technical/functional design and delivery of CRM and Salesforce solutions.Work closely with the project delivery and implementation teams to deliver CRM and Salesforce solutions.
Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, and functional/technical solution architecture, including environment management, testing, and Salesforce Platform.
Implement CRM and Salesforce solutions, define the technology architecture, plan how projects will be delivered, and oversee implementations.Define and implement best practices for CRM, Salesforce platform and integration development, and formulate functional/technical solution architectures.
Support project delivery by managing Salesforce environments and data refresh.
Ensure that solutions are designed for optimum performance, uptime, availability, scalability, operability and maintainability.
Own and deliver CRM architectural solutions for key initiatives and growth programmes.
Ensure that solutions adhere to all architectural, security and quality standards.
Produce solution design artefacts such as HLD and LLDs to support the needs of the ongoing portfolio of projects.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing end to end CRM solutions underpinned by reliable and scalable infrastructure using Cloud, on-prem data centres, PaaS, IaaS.
Public Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Familiarity with collaborating with internal and external development teams within Agile and waterfall frameworks.
Background in software development is desirable.
Strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce Sales, Marketing and platform
Strong knowledge in either Azure, GCP, AWS.
Experience working in Agile projects using Microsoft technologies.
A broad understanding of Digital technology stacks including Content Management
Solutions, Microsoft Azure (including Azure Integration Services), JSON, REST, SOAP, GraphQL etc.
Knowledge of web, Digital, retail technologies - CMS, E-commerce, CDN, WAF, Payment solutions, POS is desirable.
Experience in delivering complex architectures and technologies in domains such as ERP, Supply chain, CRM, HR, Procurement, Finance, distribution, warehousing etc.
Event-driven architectures, data architecture and modelling techniquesBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within Salesforce domain.
Salesforce certification is highly desirable
Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and technology infrastructure.
