We're looking for candidates with a solid grasp of products and systems used in our Clients Business, and expertise in automation frameworks and tools.Job Summary: In the position of Quality Test Lead for London Markets, you will be tasked with:
- Leading quality engineering within the Global Corporate Speciality (GCS) business area, concentrating on London Markets technology.
- Defining test strategy and scope, and managing/executing test plans across the portfolio.
- Displaying excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior business stakeholders, project management, business analysts, architects, and developers to deliver testing solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of best practices, continuously reviewing and enhancing processes, and adopting a quality-first approach. Proficiency in using test automation frameworks and embracing an automate-first strategy is a must.
This position is located in London.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in London Markets Insurance (preferably carrier-based) and familiarity with the Lloyds Blueprint 2 program.
- London Markets insurance certifications: Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) / London Markets Insurance Essentials (LM1) / London Markets Insurance principles and practices (LM2)
- Understanding of processes and data flows in the London Markets insurance sector, encompassing policies and claims.
- Familiarity with various London Market message types and experience in testing Bureau messages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to deliver top-notch testing outcomes for the business and customers within challenging timelines.
