The role
To support the Sales & Marketing Team in providing administrative support with reservations, exchanges, and completions. Also if required for sales launches and events.


This role is part of Orbit Homes where you'll help us to build 6,500 new affordable homes by 2025 in a sustainable way.


What you'll achieve

  • Coordinating all legal paperwork associated with the sale of a property, including preparing the covering sheet, checking and passing to Governance for completion.
  • Updating the Weekly Movements Report, Sequel and D365 as and when there is a reservation, exchange or completion.
  • Preparing all paperwork associated with the completion of a sales property, including the completion of the CORE Log data forms required for Home England purposes and saving to EDRM.
  • Coordination of the Sales Brochures and Marketing Material for sales launches if required.
  • Supporting the Sales Team, by preparing Purchase Orders, monitoring and approving.

What you'll bring

Essential skills

  • Strong previous experience in an administrative/sales role
  • Previous customerfacing experience and the ability to communicate effectively face to face, on the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills particularly MS Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to manipulate sales data for use in reports via Excel
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in order to meet tight deadlines
