Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Create and implement processes and procedures that ensure consistent quality and efficiency in team operations
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as HR, IT, and Operations, to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, priorities, and changes, as well as gather feedback and ideas from team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines, and take corrective action when necessary.

From £11.00 per hour
