New Homes Sales Professional Opportunity in Exeter Areas

An exciting opportunity is available for a New Homes Sales Professional in the Exeter areas with guaranteed commissions and on target earnings reaching up to £45,000+ per annum. This full-time role requires 35 hours per week, scheduled from Thursday to Monday, 11:00 am to 6 pm, and offers an immediate start.

Are you a property sales expert with 2/3 years of experience eager for new challenges in the New Homes sector or seeking career advancement with an acclaimed company? Whether your current project is wrapping up, and you need to line up the next one, or you wish to broaden your expertise with a national developer, we are interested in welcoming a seasoned professional with a solid background in customer service and achieving sales targets to our team in Exeter.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and responding to inquiries in-person and over the phone
  • Maximizing opportunities by registering new applicants, organizing and conducting viewings, and providing feedback to developers
  • Negotiating offers between applicants and developers
  • Handling sales progression and effectively referring clients to mortgage providers and conveyancers
  • Ensuring compliance with property ombudsman regulations and maintaining accurate documentation

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and sales abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and the surrounding area
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
  • Effective communication and a professional demeanor
  • Well-groomed appearance and availability to work on weekends
  • Proficiency in computer & IT, coupled with good literacy and numeracy skills

This full-time position entails 35 hours of work per week, scheduled from Thursday to Monday, 11:00 am to 6 pm, and offers an immediate start. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 [depending on experience], with potential earnings of up to £45,000.
