At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier It's an exciting time to join us as we begin to deliver Gloji - our Adult Weight Management Programme - throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, and we're looking for an Engagement and Partnership Officer to join the team


The programme is designed to support individuals to improve their health behaviours and make sustainable changes to their lifestyle, in order to achieve and sustain weight loss.

Clients will be able to benefit from a variety of pathways including Gloji Digital, Gloji Swim and MAN v FAT Football.

As Engagement and Partnership Officer you will be responsible for promoting the programme, working closely with our centralised marketing team to ensure a systematic approach is taken to generating referrals and developing successful working partnerships.


You will be working towards referral targets in a variety of areas including health inequalities, client engagement and relationship management in order to optimise the performance of the programme.

A typical day as an
Engagement and Partnership Officer**_ _might include:

  • Establishing partnerships with external organisations, and key primary care contacts across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
  • Working with these partners to create effective referral routes into the programme.
  • Leading on outreach activities with an aim to drive engagement across the programme and exceed our KPIs.
  • Identifying areas where delivery needs to be increased and implementing strategic plans to do so, improving the programme's outcomes.
  • Working in partnership with Thrive Tribe's centralised marketing team on the social media strategy and delivery, as well as marketing and communications plans such as promotional campaigns.
  • Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
  • Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values

To work with us in this role you will need to have some knowledge or experience in networking, referral generation and/or partnership management, as well as an understanding of health inequalities and approaches on how to engage those experiencing them into health promotion services.
