White City House

Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar.

The club features a screening room, a Cecconi's Northern Italian restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Pen Yen with cabaret performances, plus daily music and event programming.

In addition, we have 45 bedrooms housed within the original Grade-II listed Helios building.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Fitness Supervisor to join our West London team at
White City House
(W12 7FR).

As a multifunctional fitness coach, you will be expected to provide service and gym floor experience for our members and go above and beyond expectations.

You'll support the teams to maximise fitness and retail sales and ensure targets are achieved as well as ensure cleanliness standards in the gym studio areas and equipment.

You will adhere to health and safety requirements including completion of all relevant checks and be a role model in operational excellence by delivering a high standard of group exercise classes.

Main Duties...

• Own and lead the inclub guest journey, providing industryleading service to all members
• Deliver the clubs fitness & retail services revenue targets though use of upselling
• To structure site briefings and ensure open, effective communication between departments
• Act as duty manager as required following procedures both opening closing and reporting, meet all health and safety obligations including completion of relevant checks
• Coaching and developing team members to offer an exceptional level of service to all members

What we are looking for...

• Obtain a minimum requirement of being level 2 fitness trained
• Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor
• Ability to mentor, motivate coach and development team members to achieve their potential
• Good level of knowledge of the hospitality and fitness industry
• Ability to meet set targets and deadlines

Mon - Weds - 7am - 1am

Thursday - 7am - 2am

Friday - 7am - 3am

Saturday - 8am - 3am

Sunday - 8am - 12am
