  • Your main role is to support the global finance team in managing the purchase ledger and accounts payable for German speaking markets.


Location: Oxfordshire - 2 days office based, 3 days remote (WFH). Language requirements: Fluency in German and English.


Company Background: Our client is a well-established international brand with successful operations worldwide.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide meticulous support to boost Finance Team productivity.
  • Manage supplier setup and records.
  • Accurately process invoices, credit notes, and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Organize bi-monthly payment runs and handle monthly financial processes.
  • Address supplier queries and communicate with internal customers.
  • Occasional travel to the German office.

Successful Candidate Background:
  • Must be fluent in German & English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Prior experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Oracle is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
  • Salary, benefits, and hours: £31,900 + benefits, Monday - Friday, flexible working hours.
  • This job is a 12-month full-time contract opportunity.
