Jigsaw Recruitment is pleased to be working with this leading name within the Financial Services industry. Our client is looking to recruit additional Financial Adviser's / Financial Planner's to join their ever expanding team in Edinburgh
The Role:
You will need to be professional, ethical, innovative, and naturally look for the best outcome for our clients.
You should be a strong organiser with the ability to prioritise and have a positive 'can do, will do' attitude.
A great communicator with a diverse range of people and enjoy working either within a team and individually - managing your own workflow and tasks independently and efficiently.
You will be required to keep up to date with technical, product and provider changes.- Experience in a Financial Planning role in a similar environment.
- Experience of working with IT systems that support this service
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations rules
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
- Technical competence across all areas of financial planning.
- Good decisionmaking skills.
- Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to coach and provide feedback.
- Full UK driver's license.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary of £40,000 to £70,000, 24 days annual leave increasing to 30 days with service plus 3 at Christmas. Access to vocational rehab including counselling, physio, and online GP services. Private medical insurance, Life assurance and Group Pension - salary sacrifice
This genuinely is a flexible workplace and open to full and part time workers working in an office based or hybrid capacity with a variety of working hours.
