We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join the Eating disorder Team (TEDS) within Community CAMHS working with Children and Adolescents with mental health difficulties.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to work alongside a multi disciplinary team, who have a reputation for their strong team work ethos and excellent delivery of care.


The Eating disorder service are a team of professionals from different backgrounds working towards the same goal and within the wider community team, sharing joint team structures such as team meetings and complex case discussions.


Under regular supervision from a Clinical Psychologist, you will develop skills to support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Eating disorder service, across all sectors of care including brief psychological interventions.


In addition, you will support the service in areas of development of service evaluation and any other projects that are appropriate to the role, for example participation in audit, service evaluation and service development projects.

Keynsham community CAMHS is a thriving team of professionals, working together towards shared goals.

The post holder will join the Eating disorder team MDT on a Tuesday and work will be allocated and supervised alongside the lead psychologist.
