The Role:

We are looking for a creative, motivated and adaptive individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a key member in content production and supporting the delivery of successful marketing strategies across the 3 brands in the business.


You will be responsible for enhancing the brand profile, social media and external publications by producing creative content that excites audiences, increases engagement and optimises traffic across all social platforms.


What you'll be doing:

  • Producing high quality video and photographic product content for multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat as well as our website.
  • Shooting and editing creative imagery of products and models for use on social media and websites.
  • Planning and moodboarding all shoots, taking ownership of ideas and coming up with great content ideas based on current Beauty trends.
  • Work cross departmentally to ensure content, promotion, photoshoots, competitions, imagery are prepared in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Help in the production of reports using analytical tools to help key stakeholders improve their marketing strategy.

What you'll bring to the role:

Critical:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Graphics, Social, Content Creation or eCommerce
  • High quality and creative content production, including video, flat lays and gifs that enhances growth of social media channels and outreach
  • Effective timemanagement, attention to detail and capable multitasker
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint
  • Expert Knowledge of Adobe and video editing software e.g. final cut pro
  • Ability to self
- manage and be accountable for own responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the beauty industry
  • Graphic design/ Film & photography qualification
  • Experience of an eCommerce platform e.g. magento, shopify
